Common questions

Can't find what you need? WhatsApp us — we usually reply within the hour.

How big are the groups?

We cap groups so every learner gets airtime — typically 6 to 12 students per session. Smaller for matric exam clinics.

Are the sessions online, in person, or both?

Both. Most weekly classes run live online via video call, with in-person Saturday clinics during exam terms in Sun Valley. Online learners get the same materials and recording access.

What if my child joins mid-term?

No problem. We'll catch them up with the previous weeks' recordings and past paper packs, and the tutor will check in personally to identify gaps.

How do I pay, and is there a contract?

EFT to our Capitec account (details in the footer), using the learner's email as the reference. No contracts — you pay month by month.

Do you cover engineering / first-year university maths?

Yes, on request and outside the standard group timetable. Get in touch and we'll arrange a tailored session schedule.

What if I'm not in South Africa?

As long as you can join a live session in SAST (UTC+2) or watch the recording within a reasonable window, you can enrol from anywhere. Fees are quoted in ZAR.
